- Working in close collaboration with the Hobbit settlement of The Two Rivers to better help them integrate
SETTLEMENTS – ELF
- Wetlands-focused capital
- Neighboring plains/(rain)forest biome
- Satellite town near capital, with farm fields separating the two towns
- River running through town
SETTLEMENTS – HOBBIT
- The advent of a new, third Faction of Hobbits, encompassing Socialism as the middle ground between the Dwarves and the Elves
- Working in close collaboration with the Dwarves to help server integration
- Create a town tower, then upgrade to town hall to host all needed tables
- Host a research center and sell all scrolls asap
- Create a fablab and help every citizen get a good house – ideally sharing residence between 2-3 people
- Urbanism office to take care of infrastructure and other civil engineering
- Logistics, dealing with energy, waste and water
